We are passionate about delicious food and drinks—and we adore authentic Bavarian gourmet specialties. We hope you will too, as there’s plenty to enjoy during your stay with us.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner: Lovingly prepared in our culinary workshop
Indulge in homemade cakes, tarts, waffles, and cream puffs, crafted using Grandma Anni's cherished recipes. Savor our coffee and cake selection in our cozy restaurant on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday afternoons—or pick up cakes and pastries to-go from our gourmet truck every Sunday at the farm.
Artisan Sausages and Meats: Our sausages and meat products are traditionally handcrafted in our farm’s butchery. You can purchase these specialties at the reception or, in the summer months, from our gourmet vending machine located at the hotel entrance.
Seasonal Offerings: During the winter, we provide pre-cooked gourmet meals available at our vending machine—perfect for a convenient yet hearty treat.
Farm Distillery Specialties: Round off your stay with a sip of our homemade schnapps, liqueurs, or our signature Weßner Hof gin—crafted for those moments that call for something special.

Sustainability at its best

We believe that nature and the environment should flourish—and this commitment shapes everything we do. After reflecting on how we can make a positive impact, we’ve set a clear goal: to act sustainably wherever possible.

Our photovoltaic system generates electricity to power our operations. Leftovers from our restaurant are sent to our biogas plant, where they’re converted into electricity and hot water. The nutrient-rich residues from the biogas process are then used to fertilize our fields, forming the foundation for the feed that nourishes our animals. These animals, in turn, supply our butchery and culinary workshop with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

And the cycle continues—leftovers from food production return to the biogas plant, creating a closed-loop system that minimizes waste.

In our kitchen, we recycle as much as possible and prioritize regional products—whether for our farm shop or our restaurant. By using local goods, we not only support nearby producers but also significantly reduce food miles, making our approach even more environmentally friendly.
